Şirince Mathematics Village Trip
IELEV High School students participated in a four-day educational trip to Şirince Mathematics Village, organized by the Mathematics Department, from November 20–23, 2025.
As part of the trip, our preparatory class students had the opportunity to attend seminars by Prof. Dr. Ali Nesin on advanced mathematical topics, including the Hamilton problem, perfect shuttle, and the fundamentals of proof logic.
Within the program, our students also visited the ancient city of Ephesus and the Thales Museum, enhancing their historical and cultural knowledge while gaining the chance to approach science from different perspectives.
We would like to thank our Mathematics Teacher, Şevket Karabacak, and Information Technology Teacher, Duygu Aslan, for their guidance and contributions to this productive and educational trip.
