62nd Library Week

At İELEV High School, the 62nd Library Week was celebrated this year with a variety of activities under the theme “The Healing Library.” As part of the program held in our library:

We enjoyed an engaging talk on “Bibliotherapy” by author Aslı Perker.
Through the activity “What Is My Teacher Reading?”, our students had the opportunity to explore their teachers’ reading habits.
In Turkish Language and Literature classes, we organized a creative book cover design competition for the novel Fahrenheit 451.
With the “Write Your Prescription, Get Your Book!” station set up in our library, we supported our students’ reading habits through a fun and interactive activity.

Through these events, which were met with enthusiastic participation from our students, we experienced together the healing power of libraries.
