Turkish forms the basis of education in school. It is vital for the student to improve his vocabulary, to express his thoughts and feelings verbally and in writing, to fully understand what he is reading, to improve his ability to learn by listening and to be successful at school. The proper use of the native language positively influences a better understanding of the subjects described in other subjects. In order to develop the native language skills of our students, studies on reading, writing, listening and speaking are given importance. For this purpose, creative writing studies as well as guided reading, creative reading and examination studies are taken into consideration considering the grade levels. Our students are obliged to read the summer works determined by their teachers in each academic year.
