EN Nikolaus Day
Known as Father Christmas all around the world, Saint Nicholas was born, A.D. 300s, in Patara which is located in the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. He is particularly famous for the kindnesses that he had for children. Leaving candies in children’s socks, St. Nicholas is commemorated on December, 6th, the anniversary of his death, every year.
